I’m an author, speaker, trauma-informed certified master mindset life coach, nutrition coach, double-lung transplant survivor, and former personal trainer on a mission to help women find harmony and contentment in all areas of their lives.
I’ve been working with clients to create sustainable, healthy lifestyles for 8+ years and have used my program framework to transform the lives of many women, including myself.
Living Well with Lana came to life after I almost lost mine to an extremely rare autoimmune disease in 2020. Living a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle is within reach of everyone. Even after medical hardships like mine.
